To begin your custom order, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required to officially initiate the process. Because each Vo2 suit or glove is built specifically to the rider, this initial commitment ensures that time and resources are dedicated to your project from the start. It also reflects the custom nature of the process—every order is unique, and once initiated, it moves forward with a focused, one-on-one approach to bring your vision to life.

This step allows us to align on your vision, discuss key details, and ensure every aspect of your suit or gloves is tailored specifically to your needs before moving forward.
High-quality vector files are required to ensure accuracy and precision throughout the design and production process. Vo2 includes up to three revisions based on the original rendering, allowing you to refine key details and finalize your design with confidence. Any revisions beyond the third will incur a $25 design fee per additional revision, ensuring continued support while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Proper measurements are a critical part of every custom build, and we coordinate fittings either at our facility or at track events where the Vo2 team is on-site. This ensures your suit is measured with precision by someone who understands exactly how it needs to perform on the bike. If an in-person fitting isn’t possible, we can guide you through a remote measurement session via video. That said, because fitment is directly tied to both safety and performance, we can only fully stand behind sizing accuracy when measurements are taken by a Vo2 representative.
