Vo2 Leathers Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vo2 Leathers, every custom product is built to order with a focus on precision, craftsmanship, and rider-specific detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are subject to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Vo2 AI-Graphics Policy
All artwork submitted for production must meet professional manufacturing and print standards. While AI-generated graphics can be useful for visualizing ideas or creating design concepts, most AI-generated images are raster-based files and are not created as true vector artwork. Raster images cannot be properly scaled, separated, or prepared for the precision required in our production process. Vector artwork is required to ensure clean line work, accurate logo reproduction, proper color separation, and consistent results across leather panels, printing, embroidery, and other manufacturing applications.
For this reason, AI-generated graphics are not accepted as final production artwork. Any artwork created using AI tools must be professionally recreated and submitted as a true vector file before it can be used in production. Acceptable formats include AI, EPS, SVG, or CDR.
Vo2 Leathers does not convert, redraw, or vectorize AI-generated images on behalf of customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide production-ready vector artwork that meets these requirements. Submitting raster files, screenshots, AI-generated graphics, or other non-vector artwork may delay the design process until proper files are provided. To ensure a smooth ordering and design process, customers should work with a graphic designer or use professional design software to create and submit clean vector artwork prior to production approval.
Deposits
All custom orders require a $300 non-refundable deposit to initiate the design and production process.
• Deposits secure your order and allocate production resources
• Design work and production preparation begin immediately upon deposit
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled prior to the start of production
• The $300 deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation
Once production has begun:
• Orders cannot be canceled
• Products are already in build based on customer-specific measurements and design approvals
Payments & Production
• Full payment is required before production begins
• Production timelines begin only after final approval and full payment are received
Failure to complete payment may result in delays or order suspension.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom-built nature of Vo2 products:
• No refunds will be issued once production has started
• This includes, but is not limited to:
Size or fit preference changes
Design or color changes
Personal preference or expectation differences
Refunds will also not be issued for:
• Delays caused by customer-requested revisions
• Incomplete approvals or late responses
• Failure to submit required information (measurements, design files, etc.)
Custom Product Terms
All custom products are final sale.
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns once production has begun
• Products are manufactured based on customer-approved designs and specifications
• Vo2 Leathers is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from approved designs or customer-provided inputs
Measurement Disclaimer
• Fit is guaranteed only when measurements are taken by an authorized Vo2 Leathers representative
• Orders placed using self-submitted or unverified measurements are produced as provided
Vo2 Leathers is not responsible for fit-related issues when measurements are not conducted or verified by our team. In such cases:
• No refunds, remakes, or exchanges will be issued for fit concerns
Defects & Manufacturing Errors
If a verified manufacturing defect or error occurs:
• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Supporting photos and details are required for evaluation
If approved:
• Vo2 Leathers will repair or replace the product at its discretion
• Resolution method (repair vs. replacement) is determined internally
The following are not considered defects:
• Normal wear and tear
• Crash damage
• Misuse or improper care
• Damage caused after delivery
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Vo2 Leathers directly before initiating any payment dispute.
• Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:
Immediate order cancellation
Forfeiture of all payments made
We are committed to resolving issues directly and efficiently and strongly encourage communication prior to escalation.
Final Determination
Vo2 Leathers reserves the right to make final decisions regarding:
• Refund eligibility
• Order cancellations
• Defect evaluations
• Policy enforcement

We believe in setting clear expectations from the start. Every Vo2 product is built with intention, and while custom items are non-refundable, our team is committed to delivering quality and resolving legitimate concerns where applicable.
Vo2 Leathers Custom Suit Fit Guarantee
At Vo2 Leathers, fit is not an afterthought—it is engineered into every suit. Our Fit Guarantee ensures that each custom racing suit delivers the intended balance of protection, mobility, and performance when produced through our verified measurement process.
Eligibility Requirements
The Vo2 Fit Guarantee applies under the following conditions:
• Measurements are taken by an authorized Vo2 Leathers representative, either in person or through an approved virtual fitting session
• All required measurement steps and instructions are properly completed and verified by Vo2
• Measurements are current and reflect the rider’s present body dimensions at the time of order
• All design, sizing, and fit preferences are reviewed and approved prior to production
Orders submitted using unverified, self-provided measurements without Vo2 oversight are not eligible for full Fit Guarantee coverage.
Fit Standard
Each suit is built to provide a race-oriented performance fit, meaning:
• Proper mobility in a riding position
• Correct placement of protective elements
• Secure, form-fitting feel without restricting safe operation of the motorcycle
Suits may feel tight when standing upright—this is intentional and not considered a fit issue.
Fit Issue Qualification
A fit concern qualifies under this policy only if it:
• Restricts rider mobility in a riding position
• Compromises protective positioning or effectiveness
• Results from a verified measurement or manufacturing discrepancy
Minor preferences or non-performance-related looseness/tightness do not qualify.
What Is Not Covered
This guarantee is designed to address true fit issues—not fine-tuning or preference changes. It does not cover:
• Requests to adjust general comfort or “feel” after delivery
• Loose areas that do not impact safety or performance
• Weight fluctuation or body changes after measurements are taken
• Fit expectations for gear not worn during measurement (e.g., base layers, airbag systems, etc.)
• Tightness prior to reasonable break-in of the suit
• Damage, alterations, or fit changes resulting from crashes or misuse
• Design, color, or aesthetic revisions after approval
• Stock or non-custom items
Fit Review & Claim Process
If a fit concern arises:
• Customer must notify Vo2 Leathers within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
• A fit review will be conducted using submitted photos, videos, and/or a live evaluation
• Required submissions may include:
Standing position (front, side, back)
Riding position (on bike or simulated)
Close-up images of concern areas
Vo2 may request additional measurements or a live video session to properly assess the issue.
Resolution Process
If a claim is approved, Vo2 Leathers will determine the most appropriate solution:
• Alteration – Preferred when the suit can be corrected without compromising structural integrity
• One-Time Remake – Issued when alterations cannot achieve proper fit
All decisions are made at Vo2’s discretion based on safety, structural performance, and feasibility.
Shipping Responsibility
• Vo2 Leathers covers standard return shipping for approved fit corrections when measurements were taken through authorized channels
• Customers who submitted or assisted in their own measurements may be responsible for shipping associated with alterations
Remake & Return Conditions
If a remake is approved:
• The original suit must be returned before the new suit is released
• The item must be in new, unused condition unless otherwise approved
• All original components (armor, inserts, etc.) must be included
Vo2 Leathers reserves the right to retain, repurpose, or modify returned items.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the highest level of accuracy and a smooth resolution process, customers must:
• Follow all measurement instructions carefully
• Provide complete and accurate information during ordering
• Submit all required materials when filing a fit concern
• Participate in follow-up evaluations if requested
• Communicate all fit concerns at once during the initial review
Failure to provide complete information may impact coverage eligibility.
Production Variance Disclaimer
Due to the nature of handcrafted, custom-built products:
• Minor variations in color, panel alignment, or finish may occur
• Remade or altered suits may not be 100% identical to the original build
• All suits are produced to match approved designs as closely as possible
Final Determination
Vo2 Leathers retains sole discretion in:
• Determining whether a fit issue qualifies under this policy
• Choosing between alteration or remake
• Defining when acceptable fit standards have been achieved
The Fit Guarantee remains active until those standards are met. Once achieved, the order is considered complete.
Commitment to Resolution
While all custom products are final sale, Vo2 Leathers is committed to resolving legitimate fit issues to ensure every rider receives a suit that performs as intended.
